Get Out of Debt!

Consumer Credit and Budget Counseling, Inc. structures your consumer debts by negotiating with your credit card companies, banks, finance companies and other creditors to lower your payments, lower your interest rates and reduce or eliminate your late or over-limit fees.

We also help you develop a budget which will allow you to not only meet your essential living expenses but also pay down your consumer debts in three to five years.

The Process

All that you need to do is:

  1. Complete the Budget Analysis Form as completely as possible and submit it to us.
  2. Complete the Debt Analysis Form as completely as possible and submit it to us.
  3. Wait 2-3 business days or less for a No Obligation, No Cost and Confidential Budget and Debt Management Plan.

We Will:

  • Analyze your debts and develop a Debt Management Program that will show estimated interest rate reductions, monthly payment savings, the estimated time to pay off your debts, and the estimated total program savings.
  • Analyze your budget and provide you with money saving tips and comments by a qualified budget counselor.
  • Return your personalized Debt Management Program along with the necessary documents for you to join the program.
  • You should expect the information in about 2-3 business days. We will send the analysis to you in an Adobe file attachment, or by fax or mail if you would prefer.

If you should decide not to join the program, contact us and we will close your file.

  • If you decide to join the program return the signed Authorization and Agreement and your most current bills, and indicate the date you would like to begin your payments.
  • We will then contact all your creditors and begin negotiations up to 30 days in advance of the first disbursement to your creditors. Creditors will begin to lower your rates with your first to third payments.
  • We will send you a recap of the program for your review, with a payment envelope and additional information on what to expect in the first several months in the program.
  • Once you have joined the program, send in your payments on time each month to receive the full benefits of your program In approximately three to five years you will be debt free!
